the company 4U Color was founded in 1996 and since then it has been oriented on metal manufacturing and powder coating.

Among the permanent customers count companies from the Czech Republic, Germany, Belgium, Italy and Holland. For all the customers we work according to their requirements and the given technical documentation (drawings).

We possess a manufacturing area of 4000 sq. m.

The company is a holder the following certificates:

• since 2003 ČSN EN ISO 9001:2009

•  since 2012 ČSN EN 3834

• since 2014 EN 1090-1:2009+A1:2011

The company was a holder the following certificates:

• from 2006 until 2012 ČSN EN ISO 15085 (former DIN 6700)

• from 2009 until 2012 DIN 18800-7 class D

All the welding works take place on site under the supervision of a certified welding engineer.

The company has been producing light and heavy welded constructions (up to 20t), production of frames, montage and lifting access floors for motorbikes, containers, advertisement tables, tanks for the German Railways, smaller welded parts for German automotive industry, storage systems and baskets for shopping malls, safes and weapon-safes, covers and drawers made of steel, stainless steel or aluminium. All that with powder coating if requested by the customer.
